Position Title: Dock & Lift Crew Member
Position Type: Seasonal and Full Time
Position Hours: 40-60 hours per week
Position Rate: $16/hr + Bonus
Purpose: Work on a Harbor Hawk dock and lift team by assisting all team members to complete each job successfully while serving the customer and each other.
Report to: Crew Chief
Goals:
– To learn all dock and lift procedures.
– To utilize exceptional physical labor and communication skills.
– To support the team during all tasks to keep the job efficient.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Job Site Service: In the water for dock and lift installation. Responsible for water jet operation, docks must be completely clean before leaving. Conducts cleanup of job sites – all trash, tools, equipment is picked up. Does the last sweep of the working area.
2. Barge Maintenance: Loads all supplies on the barge – wood feet, leg extensions, dock hardware, etc.
3. Team Member: Willing to assist all other crew members. Ability and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
1. Willingness to serve the team and customers.
2. Must sign the Harbor Hawk non-compete form.
3. Willingness to be trained and learn skills specific to the dock and lift industry.
4. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
5. Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
