When you drop off your child in Kids Ministry, we want you to feel completely at ease. Here's how we keep every child safe, known, and cared for:

Registration
Every child must be registered before entering our classrooms. This helps us keep accurate records in case of an emergency and allows us to build real connections with your family.
Secure check-in and check-out system
Parents with registered children of all ages can stop by any kiosk in Kids Ministry to print a name tag for their child and a matching parent tag. After services, only the person with a matching parent tag can pick up a child. The numbers change every visit for added security.
Background checks for volunteers
Your child's safety is our top priority. Every Kids Ministry volunteer goes through a comprehensive background check and training before serving in our classrooms.
Health and cleanliness standards
We follow updated health guidelines and regularly clean each classroom so your child is always in a safe, healthy environment.
Allergy and emergency protocol
We take allergies seriously and maintain strict awareness practices to keep your child safe. Here's how we handle allergy information:
- All allergy information is stored in our database
- Life-threatening allergies print directly on your child's name tag
- Mild allergies are noted in the classroom
- If we need to reach you, we'll page you through the Welcome Center number
