Position: Youth Development Specialist
Reports To: Residential Program Supervisor
Beginning Pay Range: $15.00 a hour *plus $2.00 a hour temporary incentive pay
**$1000 sign on bonus

Full time positions in a non-secure residential treatment program, providing youth-centered counseling, care, direction and support. Assure youth are physically and emotionally safe while working as part of a larger treatment team, teaching and modelling social, communication, decision making and conflict resolution skills in support of therapist-designed service plans. Qualifications: Experience working with children and youth with emotional and behavior challenges. High school diploma required, with some college education in psychology, social work, sociology, youth and family studies or related field preferred. Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required.
