Volunteer - Volunteer
The craft Leader for our Single Mom Support Group would get to use their creativity to plan several crafts each semester. (Fall semester runs September – December; Spring semester runs January – May). This person would need to purchase supplies for the craft (and would be reimbursed), prepare the needed materials, and would need to be here on these few Tuesday and Friday mornings from 10:15-noon to set up, teach the craft, and clean up. (The dates for crafts would be decided upon by the craft volunteer, teachers, and the SMSG Coordinator.) Our craft time is an hour and a half, so we are looking for crafts that are easy enough for a beginner but that will fill that amount of time. The teacher of the Single Mom Support Group would be present to help assist the girls, if needed. If the craft volunteer would like to enjoy lunch with the single moms, she would be welcome.
