**Wellness Sales Associate**

beem Light Sauna is a locally owned wellness studio offering full-spectrum infrared sauna and medical-grade red light therapy. Most people who walk through our door for the first time are dealing with something — pain that won't let up, sleep that isn't working, stress they can't shake.

Your job is to find out what actually brought them in, help them feel the difference while they're here, and give them a clear way to keep going.

**The work.**

This is a guest-facing role. You're at the front of the studio, with people, the whole shift.

- Welcome guests, check them in, and get them set up for their session

- Walk first-time visitors through what to expect, then follow up afterward on how they feel

- Recommend the membership or package that fits what someone came in for

- Answer and return calls, and keep guest notes current for the next shift

- Reserve sessions, process purchases, and keep the retail shelf stocked and tidy

**About the sales part.**

It's in the title, so we won't dance around it — turning first-time visitors into members is a real part of this job, and we track how it's going. Nobody here works from a script. You listen, you show people what fits, and you let them decide.

**Who does well here.**

People who are genuinely curious about others. People who can talk about money without apologizing for it. People who follow through — the callback that actually gets made.

Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll train you.

**Schedule and pay.** Part-time. Studio hours are Monday–Friday 7:45 AM–8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Evening and weekend availability is especially valuable. Fall and winter are our busiest stretch, so there are real hours available right now.

$18–$21 per hour depending on experience, paid semi-monthly, plus commission on every membership, package, and retail sale you make, paid monthly.

**Requirements.** 18 or older. Comfortable on your feet and engaged with guests for the length of a shift. Reliable transportation to our East Beltline location.
