**Sauna Attendant**

beem Light Sauna is a locally owned wellness studio offering full-spectrum infrared sauna and medical-grade red light therapy. Our guests come in to recover, sleep better, and feel like themselves again — and the reason they come back is that every room they walk into is spotless and ready.

That's this job.

**The work.** This is a behind-the-scenes role. You're not at the front desk and you're not selling.

- Turn sauna suites between sessions — wipe down, sanitize, and fully reset

- Confirm each sauna is holding its 140°F set point before the next guest arrives

- Set up and reset the red light therapy room

- Run our on-site laundry — wash, dry, fold, and restock towels and gowns

- Restock water and supplies; keep restrooms and common areas clean

- Flag anything that isn't working right so we fix it before a guest finds it

**Who does well here.**

People who notice the thing everyone else walks past. People who'd rather work steadily on their own than be "on" for customers all shift. People who show up on time, every time — we're a small team, and one no-show is felt by everyone. No sauna or spa experience needed. We'll train you, including a full cleaning and sanitation certification you'll complete during your first weeks.

**Schedule and pay.**

Part-time, open availability preferred, and we'll build a schedule around what you can actually commit to. Studio hours are Monday–Friday 7:45 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM-3:30 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Our busiest stretch is fall and winter, so there are real hours available right now. $15–$18 per hour depending on experience, paid semi-monthly. You'll also earn a referral bonus when someone you refer signs up for a membership or package.

**Requirements.** 16 or older. Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for the length of a shift. Comfortable working with commercial cleaning and sanitizing products. Reliable transportation to our East Beltline location.
