The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our dynamic IT team. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeline, and scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, RDV/OA Private Capital clients, and stakeholders to drive project success while providing leadership and guidance to project team members. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the technology meets desired user experience and expectations of the stakeholders.   
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Proactively maintain relationships with RDV, OA Private Capital, and Philanthropy team members as well as outside vendors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, tracking key metrics and reporting regularly to IT management.
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Manage project documentation, including project charters, stakeholder communications, status reports, and change requests.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and the project team members.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and project management trends to enhance project delivery.


What You’ll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Associate degree in a relevant field or 2+ years of proven experience as a Project Lead or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant, professional, and confidential demeanor with the highest level of customer service.
