Job Description

Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Part-time

We are looking for a Studio Administrator to join our small team to facilitate the daily operations of our studio in Lowell. This person will be primarily responsible for \coordinating day to day operations with our small team and processing and shipping orders through Zoho, ShipStation and Faire.  Other responsibilities include maintaining studio organization, and cheerfully taking on other miscellaneous administrative duties as they arise.

Location: Lowell, MI

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an organized fulfillment schedule for all orders (both wholesale and retail) that come through our multiple sales channels (Shopify, Faire, Email, Sales Reps and Etsy).

  • Ensure all orders are packaged in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.

  • Place purchase orders for, receive, organize, and restock shipments of inventory and packaging materials.

  • Maintain customer relationships- communicate clearly and effectively with customers and sales reps.

  • Assist in packaging orders.

  • 20-35 hrs a week (flexible schedule).

  • Communicate effectively with the team about any issues that arise. 

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with fulfillment and shipping/receiving or any detail-oriented task that requires accuracy.

  • Must feel comfortable learning new computer software programs.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn is essential.

  • Available on weekdays between 9a – 5p (flexible schedule).
