Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Part-time

Hi!  We are a greeting card/stationery brand (www.amyheitman.com) in Lowell, MI. We are looking for a Studio Administrator to join our small team to facilitate the daily operations of our studio in Lowell. This person will be primarily responsible for coordinating day to day operations with our amazing little team and processing and shipping orders through Zoho, ShipStation and Faire (no previous experience with these programs is needed-just a willingness to learn :)).  Other responsibilities include maintaining studio organization, and cheerfully taking on other miscellaneous administrative duties as they arise.

Location: Lowell, MI

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain an organized fulfillment schedule for all orders (both wholesale and retail) that come through our multiple sales channels (Shopify, Faire, Email, Sales Reps and Etsy).

  • Ensure all orders are packaged in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.

  • Place purchase orders for, receive, organize, and restock shipments of inventory and packaging materials.

  • Maintain and build customer relationships- communicate clearly, joyfully, and effectively with our customers and sales reps.

  • Assist in packaging orders.

  • 25-35 hrs a week (flexible schedule). Starting pay $15-17/hr

  • Communicate effectively with the team about any issues that arise. 

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with any detail-oriented task that requires accuracy.

  • Must feel comfortable learning new computer software programs.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Available 25-35 on weekdays (flexible schedule).
