The shop foreman/production manager organizes and oversees the production of storage sheds. The production team typically consists of 6-8 members. The foreman will be responsible to lead, manage, and hold accountable all team members. Ensuring our products are built safely, efficiently, and with top-notch quality is our goal. The required skill set includes:
1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
2. Mathematical skills
3. Public Relation skills
4. Efficient time management
5. Leadership abilities
6. 3-5 Years Construction Experience
7. Physical Labor is required
Employment Type & Wage: Full-time, $25-33/hr. (dependent on experience & ability)
