RaiseRight is the largest gift card fundraising platform in the United States, helping 50,000 organizations raise over $800 million for initiatives that matter to them. Families purchase gift cards to use in their everyday shopping and earn rebates from retailers to offset expenses such as school tuition, athletic equipment, band trips, and church operations. Fundraising through everyday spending is disrupting the traditional methods of selling baked goods, organizing annual events, or asking for donations. It is simply the right way to fundraise.

We are looking to hire a team of Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for the Holidays. The Customer Service Representative will provide support to current and potential customers via email, phone, and chat. The Customer Service Representative will also provide coaching and encouragement to coordinators on running and growing their program, using our online ordering website and inventory management tools, as well as work with organization families on overall program questions account setup, website ordering, and product support. The Customer Service Rep must provide internal support to the fulfillment department to help correct issues with orders before they leave the building.

 Time Frame

  • October 11th – December 17th
  • Hours of Operation: 8 am-4:30 pm (Monday – Friday only)
  • 3 – 4 days per week 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats
  • Act as the voice of the company by providing oral and written support to customers
  • Resolve customer problems by understanding the complaint/issue, determining the cause, and resolving the customer issue in a timely fashion
  • Exhibit good problem-solving skills to help identify underlying issues and resolve them, and/or seek appropriate help by reporting the issue for further troubleshooting
  • Build positive relationships with customers by going the extra mile and becoming a trusted resource
  • Take on a sales role by promoting our tools and resources during customer interactions

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of prior customer service experience
  • Must be comfortable working with computers and be willing to learn and use our online tools and internet-based applications
  • Be proficient in Microsoft tools including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication and active listening
  • Customer-oriented, with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
