Job Description

Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Full-time

Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for all positions within the company at all

locations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and build a strong

talent pipeline

• Create and post job descriptions on various platforms

• Source candidates through databases, social media, and networking

• Screen resumes and applications

• Conduct phone interviews and reference checks

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams

• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Manage the recruitment process through onboarding for new hires

• Maintain applicant tracking spreadsheet and provide regular hiring reports

• Track recruiting costs

• Stay up to date with hiring trends, recruiting techniques, and labor laws

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing

• Frequent travel (3-4 times per month on average) to other locations

• Assist HR Manager with processes and administrative tasks as needed

• Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to work alone with minimal or no supervision

• High energy and outgoing personality

• Working knowledge of basic office software (such as Microsoft Office)

• Working knowledge of company software and procedures

• Great attitude and ability to work with others

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Work full-time, onsite daily with travel to other locations as required

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Associate’s degree or HR certification is a plus

• Proven experience as an in-house recruiter for manufacturing

• Heavy lifting; 30 pounds or more
