Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Full-time
Are you a good communicator and love people? Success By Design, Inc., a leader in the sales of organizational materials to the school industry, is looking for a full-time receptionist and customer service representative.
This multi-faceted position will include: answering phones, greeting and directing walk-in traffic, preparing quotes, solving problems, entering orders, making outbound sales calls to existing customers, as well as some minor clerical work such as invoicing, mailing, and filing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. Must be a driven self-starter, love people, be able to work independently and as a part of a small team; and manage one’s time. Basic PC or Mac skills are necessary. Sales or writing experience is a plus!
