Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Part-time

30-40 hours/week, $15.50 Hourly

Monday – Friday


Ben M. Muller Realty Company is a commercial real estate brokerage and development company seeking to fill a Receptionist position.  Candidates will be capable of maintaining a pleasant demeanor in all interactions, highly organized, and proactive in completing tasks.


Job responsibilities include:

·         Greeting office visitors, answering incoming calls, processing in person rent collection, and other receptionist duties;

·         Collecting, opening, and distributing mail;

·         Assisting Accounting with bank deposits, filing, etc.;

·         Assisting Sales with listing agreements, tenant renewal notices, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks;

·         Assisting the Property Management staff with phone messages, service requests, etc.;

·         Managing the company’s social media calendar and accounts for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn;

·         Office Management such as ordering and stocking supplies, maintaining electronic and paper filling systems, setting up for meetings, maintaining a clean and organized office, etc.;
