Executive - Full-time
Kuyper College seeks a mission-driven leader to serve as its Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the College’s academic, spiritual, and financial life while providing strategic leadership to advance its vision. The President will serve as a non-voting member of the Board of Trustees and act as Kuyper’s primary ambassador to faculty, students, alumni, donors, churches, and community partners.
Founded in 1939 as the Reformed Bible Institute, Kuyper has evolved into a fully accredited college with a distinctive mission: to form lifelong learners for purposeful lives of work and service to God and neighbor—graduates are not only academically prepared but spiritually grounded for meaningful work and service.
We are seeking a seasoned leader with senior executive experience—ideally within higher education or a similarly complex mission-driven organization—along with the ability to lead strategy, cultivate partnerships and philanthropy, and steward institutional resources with integrity. Alignment with the Reformed confessional tradition and a deeply held biblical worldview is essential to faithfully lead this community into its next chapter.
