Position Summary – Package Prepper
Are you looking for part time employment with flexible hours in a relaxed and fun team environment? Do you love to see stuff finished and done just right at the end of your day? Then we have the perfect job for you!
We are a small, family owned company in Caledonia specializing in ecommerce sales. We are looking for a great person to work approximately 10-20 hrs a week. The job consists of preparing retail products to ship.
Primary Responsibilities

Package products according to established guidelines

Occasional travel for local product purchase/pickup & drop off or receipt of shipments

Data entry on a computer
Key Abilities, Skills, and Competencies
-
Be able to follow instructions, learn, complete defined processes repeatedly, and work independently

Mobility – must be able to stand for a few hours at a time, bend, and lift products and boxes of various weights up to 45 pounds

Reliable, trustworthy, and fun

Experienced MAC or PC user
-
Effective verbal communication skills
-
Willingness to occasionally assist with other projects related to the business
Details

Compensation: $12/hour to start, raise after demonstrated success within the first 45 days.

Hours: flexible, part time (10-20 hours/week) but can move to full time with other duties within the company
*Note: This is ideal for a team of two. We have a mom/daughter team working in this role right now.
