Essential Job Functions:
• Maintain electronic timecard and payroll for entire organization
• Ensure accuracy of pay through direct deposit and pay cards
• Maintain employee files including accrual data
• Run and distribute payroll reports
• Ensure accuracy of W-2, proper distribution of garnishments and other mandated deductions, and accuracy of employee payroll database

• Strong attention to detail, computer skills, and understanding of payroll functions
• Customer service focused to ensure the needs of all employees are met
• Think analytically with proved organizational skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred
• Two or more years of payroll experience preferred
• Experience with Paylocity desired
