About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant who can help keep us organized, focused, and grounded as we continue to grow. This is a new role for a husband-and-wife team, created to support the business owners with scheduling, email management, mail coordination, and other administrative tasks.

You’ll be working remotely, but we require that you’re based in West Michigan, as in-person connection may occasionally be needed. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys helping others and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented approach.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain business and personal calendars
  • Schedule meetings and protect personal/family time on the calendar
  • Monitor and organize business email inboxes
  • Manage incoming mail from 3 business locations
  • Track, organize, and follow through on communication needs
  • Provide light support for personal tasks or special projects as needed
  • Help the owners stay engaged and focused on what matters most
  • Help with organization and workflow of volunteer non-profit board commitments

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative experience strongly preferred
  • Highly organized, dependable, and proactive
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office / 365
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Deep integrity and commitment to confidentiality
  • Positive, calm, and thoughtful in your approach
  • Local to West Michigan (required)
