We are a growing practice in Grand Rapids, looking for Outpatient Mental Health Clinicians to join our journey of recovery for our clients. This is a full-time position typically working Monday through Friday.

Requirements/Qualifications:
-
Master of Social Work (LMSW or LLMSW) license, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) by the State of Michigan, or other complimentary professional licensed services.

Three years of previous mental health and/or substance abuse assessment and treatment experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job

Excellent writing skills

Great communication, organization and willingness to collaborate.

Adhere to high standards of confidentiality

Thorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis

Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice

Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skills and use of EMR system
Responsibilities:
-
Maintain timely clinical documentation. Create treatment plans that are measurable and follow evidence-based practices

Participate in case conferences
-
Actively participates in professional supervision and staff meetings.

Maintains appropriate professional standards and provides appropriate follow-up for clients.

Be a team player and exhibit enthusiasm, courtesy, adaptability, flexibility, and spirit of cooperation in the work environment.

Maintains effective interpersonal relations with individuals and families served, peers, subordinates, upper management, visitors and the general public.

Maintains appropriate professional standards and provides appropriate follow-up for individuals served.

Effectively responds to the needs and problems of individuals served, initiating and maintaining positive interactions, timely response to phone calls, email and other requests.
