Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Full-time

GENERAL DUTIES
· Answer the phone in a professional, friendly manner
· Use and maintain customer database with exceptional thoroughness and accuracy
· Maintain inventory
· Invoicing with complete accuracy
· Manage employee timesheets
· Handle customer confirmation and satisfaction calls
· Coordinate, schedule, and maintain accurate calendar
Managing Vendors
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Excellent penmanship
· Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to thrive in a fast and sometimes slow environment
Ability to quickly problem solve (focus on resolution immediately)
WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF
Microsoft OutlooK
Excel
Quickbooks
Google Suite
COMPENSATION
Hourly pay from $20+
401k
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm*
Monday – Friday
Occasionally you may be asked to work a little earlier or a little longer, but flex time will be given
No weekends, holidays, or evenings
