Job Description

Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Part-time

We are looking for an energetic, upbeat individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment while performing dutites with exceptional detail and accuracy. Duties include, but are not limited to: administrative and clerical tasks to ensure an office runs smoothly, managing correspondences, organizing files, maintaining inventory, supporting staff and assisting with scheduling, client’s needs, and billingKey responsibilities involve answering calls, creating daily job sheets, ordering supplies, and providing general administrative support. Essential skills for this role include strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Quickbooks, and excel. Excellent written and verbal communication, and a customer service mindset a must.  Hours are 8 am, Monday-Friday working each day until the daily duties are completed. Some days may be 8-4 and some maybe 8-12; it all depends on work load as it ebbs and flows.
