Nanny / Childcare - Seasonal/Temporary
Looking for a compassionate nanny who enjoys spirited kids. We have a 5 year old son who we have recently adopted. He’s had a rough 3.5 years prior to entering our home, and needs someone who can give him the love and attention he craves during the day. Someone who is trauma informed would be great for this role. He is an active, curious little boy who loves affection and cheese quesadillas! We are looking for someone to come to our home Monday – Friday, 7:15am – 3:15pm starting asap.
Job responsibilities would include
– making easy/simple breakfast/lunch for our son (cereal, yogurt, grilled cheese, mac n cheese, cheese quesadillas, etc)
– letting out our two dogs occasionally (a 50 lb senior boxer/pit mix and a 25 lb mini labradoodle, we have an electric fence)
– playing with our son: magnatiles, legos, coloring, etc
– occasionally going to a park, or planning a fun activity for the two of you. (we are members at watermark, and he loves it there.)
– light cleaning/putting away of what was taken out for food, toys, etc.
