Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) to join our growing team in Middleville, MI. This full-time position offers flexibility to work in-person at our office or in a hybrid model, with autonomy over your schedule and hours.
Our administrative staff handles all scheduling and billing, allowing you to fully focus on what matters most—providing high-quality care to your clients.
Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy

Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
-
Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Integrate Christian faith principles into counseling as appropriate and desired by the client
Preferred Training/Experience
-
Trauma-Focused (TF) therapy and/or EMDR training or experience highly preferred
Qualifications

Active Michigan licensure as an LPC, LLP, or LP
-
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
-
Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and professional integrity
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Commitment to practicing within the teachings and values of Scripture
