Emerald Meadows, an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking a Part Time Medication Administration Tech (Med Tech) for the Evening shift. Hours available: 3pm to 11:30pm Every other weekend ONLY
Description:
Your primary responsibility will be the administration of medications to our residents. In addition, you will work closely with fellow staff members to provide assistance and care to our residents in accordance with their needs. Care activities that you may assist with include, but are not limited to, dressing, bathing, toileting, walking, and transferring.
No previous experience is necessary as we will train you for the position and in the skills you will need! This is the perfect position for persons who are exploring their interest in a career in the healthcare field.

Summary of essential job functions:
Act in aiding the current clinical team in assisting the resident’s with ADL’s
Help remind resident of medication times and mealtimes.
Assist residents in medication administration.
Ability to respond to emergency situations and alert the Director of Nursing or supervisory staff.
Assist residents with cleaning, laundry, and toileting.
