Position Overview:

We are hiring a Legal Assistant to support our team with client service and office operations. No prior legal experience is required — we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to build a long-term career in the legal field.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet clients with warmth and professionalism

· Answer and direct phone calls and emails

· Manage client intake and scheduling

· Assist with administrative and clerical tasks

· Support marketing and tech efforts (optional, but a plus)

 

What We’re Looking For:

· Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Comfortable with technology and willing to adapt

· Interested in growing with the firm long-term

· Experience is not required — training will be provided

· Bonus: experience or interest in marketing or tech tools

 

Schedule & Compensation:

· Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

· In-person position, with the option to work remotely at least one day per week
