Education - Part-time
INSTRUCTORS NEEDED:
Parent-Directed Education is at the cutting edge of how education is changing! At GRACE HSA we are experiencing increased demand for instructors as parents are finding the rich education resources available in West MI to be a blessing from which they can tailor individualized instruction plans for each of their children.
You can make a difference in the lives of young people; we are seeking instructors who love students, love the subject they teach, and are willing to engage in relationships that make learning happen. We meet on Thursday and Friday from September-May (30 weeks) in the education wing at The Refuge in Grandville. These are paid positions—but that\’s just what moth and rust consume—the real benefits are eternal!
Instructors should be excited (to the point of being geeky) in their subject area and hold to a reformed Christian approach to education.
Here are your current opportunities: Thursday Elementary Science (9:00–12:00), Friday Spanish (level I, II and Conversational), Research and Debate, World History, Physical Science, STEM, and 5th–8th Grade Writing Classes (IEW).
