Our busy orthodontic practice is seeking an exceptional team member to handle finances / insurance /collections. We focus on caring and expert communication with emphasis on personal development through continuing education, participation with other team members, and high achievement. The Financial Specialist (FS) will be responsible for performing a variety of financial duties for the patients in a cheerful and efficient manner. The FS bills insurance, acts as the expert and liaison between our office and insurance companies, presents patient treatment plans and financial options, and handles patient collections. All inquiries kept confidential.
