Job Title: Finance Assistant
Reporting Relationship: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Department: Finance
Days Worked: TBD, preferably Mondays and Thursdays Required Hours: Part-time – 10-12 hours per week (ability to work up to 18 hours during busy seasons: (late May/early June and late November, all of December), Hourly, Non-exempt

Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the CFO with daily administrative tasks. This individual may be asked to support Human Resources as well as the Finance & HR Coordinator with various day-to-day responsibilities.
Specific Responsibilities:
Finance
o Process daily contribution revenue: Update donor records. Prepare and scan remote deposits. Prepare daily income report. Send revenue reports to Development.
o Process monthly and one-time credit card/EFT donations. Update spreadsheets, run transactions, and reconcile the charges on the 15th & 25th. Correspond with donors on declined payments and renewals.
o Process PayPal donations on a weekly basis.
o Prepare credit card expense breakdown for CFO and Community Engagement Director.
o Maintain Denari database: Record address changes, donor pledges, and United Way as well as other general notes
o Assist with and attend PRC fundraising events (Gala, Walk for Life, etc.): Process donations. Record donor pledges. Retrieve weekly reports and record pledges/payments
o Assist CFO with other finance tasks as they arise Office Management
o Act as the point person for greeting and directing PRC callers and guests
o Process administrative mail and deliver to correct person
o Possess basic working knowledge of office equipment and be able to provide instruction as needed
o Monitor, order, and maintain inventory of departmental office supplies as well as kitchen/bath supplies. Go to store once per month to purchase certain supplies.
o Maintain organization of office supply cabinets and first floor supply room
