The Executive Office Coordinator will provide general administrative support to the Executive Office, including serving as the on-site contact for meetings.

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support including printing meeting materials, scheduling meetings and appointments, assisting with updating calendars, making travel arrangements, running errands, and other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate on-site logistics for meetings and events for the Executive Office, Family Governance, and Family Advisor teams including greeting guests, room set up, IT support, food/beverage orders, clean up, etc.
- Welcome all guests, partners, vendors and family members and serve as their point of contact while in the building.
- Maintain the appearance of the executive floors by ensuring cleanliness, stocking supplies, and organizing spaces.
- Manages and updates the CRM system, including adding and updating contacts, adding notes and meeting details.
- Manage the tracking and approval process for corporate event sponsorships, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- An associate degree or 2+ years of equivalent customer service work experience preferred.
- Leads with a servant heart; demonstrates top-level customer service through a ‘no task is too small’ approach. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and follow through.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, ethics, discretion, and dedication to the mission of the organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; database experience preferred.
- Excellent organization skills with ability to initiate, prioritize, follow through on projects, work independently, and be self-directed.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
