E-Commerce Associate
Reports to: E-Commerce Manager Department: Retail
Location: Kentwood FLSA: Non-exempt
Shift: Part-Time Pay Grade: R-1
Primary Responsibilities:

Pick and process daily website orders and send products to the shipping department.

Process returns for online orders.

Package and label outgoing shipments.

Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, maintaining them over time.

Maintain knowledge of products, current sales and promotions, and all policies regarding website purchases.

Provide basic phone support for online customers.
Other tasks not on this list may be assigned.

Physical Qualifications – Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, with the ability to lift, bend, and twist as required.
