Brookside CRC is looking for a passionate, caring, Dynamic Director of Youth Minstries who will lead all facets of youth programming for the church with support from the Children’s Ministry Coordinator, dedicated volunteers and staff. This role has a specific focus on children in middle and high school. The Director of Youth Minstries provides leadership, ministry support, involvement and adminstrative support in the development and implementation of youth programs with an emphasis on creating engaging programming, fostering personal connections, encouraging volunteers, and mentoring young people. This person must have a strong ability to connect with a broad range of students from differing backgrounds and pesonalities, from outgoing to shy.
