About this Opportunity:
As the Director of Residential Services you will make a difference in the lives of children each day. In this role you will lead the Residential Leadership team. Together you will oversee the entire residential program which
helps children ages 6-18 who are involved with child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems. In addition, you will oversee our Kids First Emergency Shelter, the only shelter of its kind in Kent County. As the Director you will be responsible for the overall success of the division.

1. The Residential Division functions as a community that supports one another in successfully meeting the needs of the youth.
2. Staff have a voice and actively contribute to the ideas and plans that continuously improve the quality of services provided.
3. The youth on campus continuously meet their identified goals and are able to successfully advance from the program.
Would you like to help us accomplish our mission as the Director of Residential Services?
Our ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, public health administration, or related discipline. Five years of supervisory or management experience within programs such as residential care, child welfare and/or children’s behavioral health preferred.
