Clark Retirement is seeking compassionate, dedicated Med Techs, CNAs, and Nurses in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing within Clark, a Life Plan Retirement Community. In this role, you will be assisting residents with their activities of daily living.
In some clinical areas you may be trained to pass medications if you are not a licensed nurse. We offer paid on the job training and a medication administration class to set you up for success in your role!
Med Tech starting pay is $18.25/hour with an increase to $20.25/hour once you have passed the medication administration class and training!
CNA starting pay is $21/hour. If you are a CNA and pass the medication administration class, there is an increase to $23/hour!
Nurse starting pay is $35/hour for LPNs and $40/hour for RNs.
Any hours worked in our Skilled Nursing unit are eligible to receive the additional $3.40/hour Direct Care Wage Pass-Through.
