Schedule
Monday to Friday, roughly 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, some weekend work when needed. Overtime is available once 40 hours have been completed
Job Requirements

Learn and adhere to ANSI Z133, A300, OSHA, MIOSHA, and DOT standards

Operate in a respectful and trustworthy manner with clients and colleagues
Job Responsibilities

A safe and responsible climber that is willing to climb trees regularly and at times, cut from an aerial lift/bucket truck if necessary

Lead crew members with direction on job site setup, communication on-site with crew and clients, and pre and post-trip responsibilities

Be accountable to daily/weekly production goals

Be accountable to lead and enforce company and industry safety standards

Knowledgeable and proficient with necessary rigging and lowering skills while performing aerial duties

Communicate effectively with client, crew, sales, and manager when appropriate

Maintain equipment
-
Be willing and able to complete all job duties including dragging brush, job cleanup, etc.
