Caregiver - Full-time
Position: Enhanced Foster Care Clinical Case Manager
Reports To: Enhanced Foster Care Supervisor
Beginning Salary Range: $36,660.00 – $42,326.00

Full-time position supporting youth and foster families participating in Enhanced Foster Care services, which provide specialized out-of-home services for children who present with significant emotional and/or behavioral issues requiring intensive, targeted and coordinated planning, interventions and support. The Clinical Case Manager is responsible to assure children and foster families are assessed, monitored and engaged in a service plan designed to enhance stability, wellness and growth. This includes facilitated referrals for, and monitoring of, behavioral health or other therapies for the child, information, skill building and support for foster parents, and coordination with education and other community systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree but a Master’s degree in a human services field (psychology, social work, etc.) preferred. One year of experience with foster care population. Candidates with working knowledge of community systems and services for youth, as well as strong case management experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
