The Client Service Associate plays a pivotal role by partnering with Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining a productive office workflow with an emphasis on creating and delivering exceptional client experiences that set us apart. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics, as well as legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Work with Financial Advisors and the client to gather and maintain necessary documentation to open, maintain and close accounts. Create reports and provide information to the team. Organize and assist in the maintenance of complete client account and trade-related records. 
  • Assist clients with quotes and other account-related information.
  • Perform operational and administrative functions for client requests (check requests, wiring funds, etc.)
  • Accept and enter orders.
  • Create reports and provide information to Financial Advisors. Identify account and client situations that need team attention.

Qualifications

  • Administrative and clerical experience including word-processing, spread sheet applications, managing files and records.
  • Time management, critical thinking and attention to detail are required.
  • Must have excellent customer, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
  • Investment brokerage industry and securities regulations knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Licenses in Series 7 and 63/66 preferred.
