The TEAM 21 After School and Summer Program is seeking a site coordinator who is responsible for the daily operation of after-school and summer programming for school-age children, 50 weeks per year, 35 hours per week.  This position is responsible for the oversight of the daily operation of the program including staff supervision, budgeting, grant compliance, and program planning and implementation. Qualified candidates must have experience working with youth in a structured program setting, and must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in education, recreation, or human services fields and satisfy the state of Michigan’s licensing requirements for child care centers. This position includes several paid holidays, paid time-off and an employer-sponsored high-deductible health plan.
