Chiropractic Assistant

We’re looking for a passionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing faith centered team at a warm, family-oriented chiropractic office specializing in prenatal and pediatric care.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Patient Experiences
• Greet every practice member with warmth and enthusiasm
• Keep the Energy High & Patient Flow Smooth
• Ensure seamless transitions between appointments and evaluation rooms
• Help coordinate scheduling so no one waits long and everyone feels valued
• Create a Welcoming Atmosphere
• Maintain sparkling clean and organized evaluation rooms and office spaces
• keep everything running beautifully
• Handle the Fun Side of Operations
• Answer phones and respond to emails with a friendly, professional vibe
• collect payments, and manage appointments with accuracy and care
• Perform neurological-based health assessments and provide engaging patient education
• Review health histories while making patients feel comfortable and cared for
• Assist with social media (Facebook & Instagram) and marketing to spread the word about our amazing office and educational content

Who We’re Looking For:

• A naturally energetic, positive, and outgoing individual who brings great energy every day
• Someone with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a genuine passion for patient care
• A self-motivated team player who loves multitasking and thrives in a collaborative environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Familiarity with social media and basic marketing is a bonus (we’ll train the rest!)

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 (based on experience)
• Hours:
• Monday: 9:00am–1:30pm and 2:30pm–7:00pm
• Tuesday: 11:00am–7:00pm
• Wednesday: 6:30am–2:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am–1:30pm and 2:30pm–7:00pm
• Friday–Sunday: Variable (some flexibility available)

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
