Serving Hours: Friday Single Moms Support Group – 10:15-1:15 (Lunch provided)
Basic Function of position: Childcare volunteers serve September-May. This volunteer role will play one-on-one with a toddler who has Down Syndrome and is deaf in the same room with the other volunteers and children. If interested, this volunteer can also talk with the mom to see what the little kiddo is learning in school and reinforce that during childcare. The little one enjoys climbing, moving all around the room, riding in a stroller, playing peek-a-boo, and blowing kisses!
