Education - Part-time
Little House is a home-based child care seeking to provide excellent care and learning opportunities for young children in a comfortable home environment. We are a licensed by the state of Michigan to care for up to 12 children. Little House is located in Belmont, right off 131 at Post Drive.
We are currently searching for assistants who are hardworking, patient, responsible, and dependable, and most definitely helpers who have a love and passion for children.
Little House currently has openings for both full and part time staff members. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30pm, so scheduling would range within those hours. Scheduling is flexible. The number of hours will be based on applicant availability. Schedules are set in advance by the college semester, so no need to worry about week to week changes. You can make plans!
Job responsibilities include ensuring the well-being of children and meeting their needs, light cleaning, light meal prep, and lots of reading and playing.
Experience with children is required. Employees must be willing to submit to a fingerprinting background check and obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
