Healthcare - Part-time
We are a faith-based, family owned company seeking In Home Caregivers to become a part of our team! No experience necessary but a caring heart, eager to bless seniors and enrich their lives is essential.
Currently, we have a specific& immediate need for someone who is familiar with Parkinson clients
Many other clients available, too.
Responsibilities:
Be a friend and companion to the lonely and frail
Provide individualized, compassionate care to the elderly
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Assist with personal care, such as bathing or dressing
Be willing to learn client specific care like administering medication or transfer
Lovingly support family in the care of their loved one
Qualifications:
Prefer some previous experience in hospice, home health, or caregiving but training is available
Positive and cheerful demeanor
Ability to meet new people and build relationship
Ability to handle physical workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance when caring for clients with transportation needs
