Healthcare - Part-time
Our in-home care services promote dignity and independence for residents across West Michigan, including Ada, Kentwood, Wyoming, Grand Rapids, Grandville, Hudsonville, Jenison, Byron Center, and surrounding areas. Salary Description: $14 – $16/HR

Duties …may include, varies by client:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, transfers)
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Offer transportation to appointments and help with errands
- Communicate needs and concerns to ownership
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Interact professionally with staff, families, doctors, and agencies
- Accurate reporting and charting of events during each shift
Requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to work with physically or mentally impaired clients, possibly having a form of dementia or Alzheimer’s
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and pivot
- Ability to read, hear, speak, write, and communicate on the phone and in person
- Ability to communicate with others effectively and professionally with a high degree of sensitivity and respect, timeliness, attire, policies, and procedures
- Ability to perform household tasks, cooking/meal prep, feeding, bathing, and personal care services
- Experience with care giving or as a home health aide preferred
- Current driver’s license, insurance, and good driving record
- High school degree or equivalent, and be at least 18 years old
