West M Products is a leading e-commerce retail company looking for a new team member to join our growing business. The successful candidate will enjoy learning how to interpret information and data to make purchasing decisions in a variety of situations.
Primary Responsibilities
● Purchasing retail products at brick and mortar stores according to prescribed training regimens
● Relationship development
● Data interpretation
● Travel to retail stores – primarily West Michigan but with an occasional road trip elsewhere
● Active team participation

● Experienced Smartphone and app user, spreadsheets and common office software

● Candidates with associates or bachelor degree, especially in business, sales, communications, marketing, or process engineering will be given preference
Compensation Package
● Compensation: Starting pay will be $35,000 ($17.00/hour) for employees with no experience. Pay will increase up to $50,000 ($24/hour) as experience and effectiveness grows
● Vacation: Two weeks paid vacation will be provided after successful 90 day probation period
● Flexibility: 40 hours a week with some flexibility for when those hours are worked
● Health Care: Health care plan will be provided after a successful 90 day probationary period
● Advancement: Opportunities for advancement in the company are available
● Vehicle: A shared company vehicle is available
● Reliable transportation: Clean driving record, and a smartphone are a necessity
● Location: The successful candidate must live in the vicinity of Grand Rapids, Michigan
