Other Ministries - Part-time
Master Arts Theatre, a Christian community theatre, is seeking to fill a part-time House Manager position. This role is designed to primarily cover evening and Saturday shifts during show seasons, averaging approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee House operations, including ticket sales and will-call management.
- Manage concessions sales and inventory.
- Assist with pre-show cleaning and maintenance of the theater, including restrooms.
- Provide on-site support during performances, ensuring smooth operations and addressing patron inquiries.
- Assist with other events, such as banquets and special functions.
- Contribute to various theater projects as needed, leveraging flexible scheduling between shows.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with ticketing systems (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, especially during show seasons.
Compensation:
- $16.50 hourly rate.
