Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team! As an Assistant Teacher, you will assist the classroom teacher with classroom duties and instruction. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide children with the environment they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!

Responsibilities: 

• Provide a nurturing and safe environment for preschoolers
• Enforce classroom rules and procedures
• Communicate with parents 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant is preferred
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to pass a background check
