Position Summary:
Provide operational assistance for mailing and fulfillment machinery.
Essential Functions:
- Operate equipment at optimal levels with focus on performance without sacrificing quality. This includes inserter, boxing machine or other production areas.
- Perform regular quality control checks.
- Complete required job tasks and documentation in various software systems.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate with team members regarding any issue that impacts benchmarks or throughput.
Study or Knowledge and Experience:
High school graduate or GED.
Experience in or knowledge of fulfillment operations required with comparable job experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and good hand/eye coordination needed.
Computer skills necessary with an emphasis on required software as needed.
