Assistant Coordinator Roles: 

– Arrive early to ensure set up and cleanliness 

– Receive vendors and welcome guests

– Manage the needs of the event as they arise (i.e. bathroom check, incidentals, etc.) 

– Assist the Coordinator/Day of Coordinator during the event 

– Ensure Venue3Two policies are adhered to by all guests and vendors 

– Assist in the end of the event with the guest and vendor departure, ensure building readiness for the next day, locking up as it is finished
