Job Description

Accounting / Finance - Part-time

Our financial firm is seeking a dynamic individual to assistant in growing our practice.  Part time hours to begin and may lead to full time.  Interest in becoming a licensed assistant is a plus, but not manadatory. 

Duties to include:

Greeting Clients in office

Answering Phones

Scheduling Appointments

Copying, Filing, Faxing

General Office Management

Mailings

Maintaining Client Service System 

Ordering Office Supplies

Coordinate client events

 

Requirements / Skills:

Prior administrative work history a plus

Knowledge of office management systems

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Hours are Monday through Friday, no weekends or nights

 

Wage commensurate with experience and qualifications.
