White Mitten Movers is Hiring a Part-time Administrative Assistant

Are you a friendly person looking for a job helping others? White Mitten Movers is looking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant to help with daily operations. This position would ideally be scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30am-2:30pm, though we might be flexible with timeframe for the right candidate.

This position will be in charge of several daily operating activities. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Proficiency with Quickbooks and the Microsoft Office suite is a must. Tasks will include a variety of administrative support for the team including invoicing, following up with client satisfaction, and other tasks as needed.
