Administrative / Assistant / Clerical – Temporary – Full Time or Part Time
Our company Art Culinaire is looking to fill a short term/full time position for an administrative assistant role. We are the importer Lacanche, a high end French cooking range, to the USA and looking for admin help for our sales team. The position will be for a 3 month duration, work hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm working in Caledonia location if possible. We may be able to accomodate a work schedule around school hours.
Job responsibilities include:
– Monitor and organize email accounts for sales team members
– Respond from sales reps accounts with email templates and basic questions
– Work with Sales Director daily
– Work with Zoho CRM software (training provided) to research clients needs and contact history.
We are looking for someone able to communicate clearly in written formats. We are searching for the right person who is extremely organized, detail orientated, and able to prioritize level of urgency. We need an independent, reliable person who is efficient on a computer.
