Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Part-time
Looking for someone who can work remotely 2 – 4 hours per week as an independent contractor with access to the internet. Ability to work more hours is a plus as we are growing year over year.
There will be some communication with clients as well as THEIR customers. It will be important to have good people skills and effective communication practices. This position will be handling some recurring daily tasks and some one-time project based tasks.
Examples of tasks
Edit / Publish a weekly newsletter on LinkedIn and Mail Chimp.
Create “connections” on LinkedIn with any NEW contacts for both internal accounts and client accounts.
Respond to customer phone messages and emails for our clients.
Nurture quotes and convert to bookings through follow up calls and emails.
Sync reservation calendars across multiple platforms
Pay starts at $14 / hour for a trial period of 90 days with a $1/hour raise after. This is a part-time position and you will be considered an “Independent Contractor”. No taxes will be taken out of your pay and you will receive a 1099-MISC tax document (if applicable).Apply Now
